Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in dispatching or similar roles is preferred.

We are a small business looking for operators to join our team. Job requirements: Answer calls, take a message and dispatch accordingly. Do you like to help others? From taking a call for a doctor's office from a woman in labor, to helping an elderly person looking for a plumber each call is unique and can be quite entertaining. There is no selling or collections but there are light secretarial duties involved. We are currently looking to add both full time and part time positions for our day, evening and overnight shifts. Our day & evening shift start times are 7:00 am, noontime and 3pm. The overnight shift is 11pm-7am (you must be able to start at these times). A weekend shift is required and the weekdays are flexible. You can pretty much pick which days. Our office is located in Easton, Ma. and we are looking for individuals who live in the "LOCAL AREA". Individuals living more than a 1/2 hour away will not be considered.
If you are looking for a position with room for growth or just looking for supplemental income this job is for you. Also, there is the opportunity once trained to answer from home for additional hours as long as the right environment exists. Ability to read, write and speak in English at a level normally attained upon successful completion of a high school education or equivalent is a must. Applicants should possess the ability to type at least 35 wpm, be good spellers as well as speak articulately in a friendly and pleasant manner. Reliability is also a must.
