We are looking for two (2) compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide medical care in a home care setting, in accordance with an established care plan. Full-Time and Part-Time positions, with 12-hour night shifts available. We offer competitive compensation, to go along with our world-class service. This particular position is for a medically complex residential group home in Poinciana, FL.
Must have at least two (2) years of experience as an LPN. Experience with Pediatric patients, and ICU/PCU preferred or must have documentation of ventilator and/or tracheostomy training (i.e. certifications, verified references). Experience with developmentally disabled is a plus.
LPN’s are responsible for tasks such as:
Pay: $30-33/hr
Open Schedules: Monday to Thursday nights and every other Friday to Sunday nights.

- Daily assessments of clients
- Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)
- Documentation of client status, and/or changes
- Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates
- Ventilator monitoring and management
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Tube feeding
- Disease management
- Coordination client medical appointments
Pay: $30-33/hr
