What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Duty Service Manager position at Central Group Companies?
We are family owned & operated, looking for a Heavy Duty Service Manager to join our tight knit team, grow with us and advance yourself within the company. We are looking for a hard working, motivated self-starter to continue delivering the very best customer service & internal fleet maintenance.
We have a large fleet of heavy and light duty vehicles including tractors, trailers, low beds, dump trucks, wreckers, flatbeds, wheel loaders, excavators & other misc. equipment. The service manager will be responsible for working with other departments to ensure our fleet is maintained, also overseeing repairs and making sure all vehicles are federally & state DOT compliant.
The service manager is responsible for communicating with fleet customers & invoicing repair orders.
Working closely with shop foreman to dispatch repair orders and ensure all repairs are being performed to optimize technician skill level.

Salary : $52,300 - $66,200
