Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000
Days: 6am-2:30pm
Job Summary:
The EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Coordinator is responsible for ensuring safety and training processes are consistently implemented and maintained across all departments at Cim-Tek. This role involves developing, documenting, and communicating procedures that align with company policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Educate leaders and managers on safety standards, training protocols, and regulatory compliance (including OSHA and Hazmat).
? Deliver safety training sessions as needed.
? Develop, review, and update training and safety documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
? Assist in the administration and ongoing development of the Learning Management System (LMS).
? Track certification expiration dates and coordinate retraining efforts with leadership.
? Use web-based systems to document safety concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
? Compile data for OSHA 300 logs and other required safety reports.
? Design visual safety communication tools to ensure consistent messaging company-wide.
? Demonstrate or develop a basic understanding of equipment operations; willingness to operate equipment as needed.
? Manage and maintain the controlled waste program (RCRA) and train others on compliance requirements.
? Other duties as described.

Travel Requirements:
? Occasional travel to alternate production facilities and offsite training as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
? Associate degree required; bachelor?s degree preferred
? Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an EHS role
? Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and NFPA regulations/guidelines, or willingness to learn
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
? Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
? Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments
? Self-motivated and capable of working independently with sound judgment
Physical Requirements:
? Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and reach
? Occasionally required to kneel, crouch, or crawl
? Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
? Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
? Must be comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled facility
