We're actively seeking to hire for an unpaid internship in the DEI/Leadership unit here at Central Michigan University Athletics!

- Assist the Athletics Department’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee to position CMU as a leader in the Mid-American Conference.
- Will be tasked with researching other institution’s programming and develop a plan for CMU. Will require collaboration with CMU’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion and the Leadership Institute.
- Assist the external team with the creation, review, and implementation of an Athletics Impact Study within our community.
- The initial framework for next steps will be provided, but this individual will lead this project with assistance from athletics department staff members.
- Will involve interactions with local community and university members to highlight the impact that CMU Athletics provides from an exposure, footprint, and experience standpoint.
