Duties
Ø Reception duties including: patient check-in, entering and verifying demographic information in EHR, scanning insurance cards and photo ID, collecting copays and patient payments, scheduling follow-up appointments, patient check-out, answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments over the phone, preparing provider schedules, making patient reminder calls, entering and contacting new patient consult requests, and reconciling cash drawer daily.
Ø Additional duties include: maintaining cleanliness of patient areas, monitoring supply levels and re-ordering when needed.
Ø The clinic is small, therefore, the expectation is that everyone will work to ensure that all tasks are completed to make the clinic run smoothly and efficiently.
Clinic Hours
Ø Patient appointments are scheduled Monday through Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 2:00pm.
Ø Clinic is closed on weekends and holidays.

Work Hours
Ø Shift start time: 6:45am – 8:00am
Ø Shift end time: Monday - Thursday varies between 4:00pm and 5:00pm; Friday varies between 2:00pm and 3:00pm.
