Central Minnesota Mental Health Center (CMMHC) has a rewarding opportunity to serve as LPN within our Withdrawal Management Program team in St. Cloud. The LPN is responsible for providing a safe environment for detox and basic patient care under the supervision of a physician or RN within a family driven, trauma informed framework.
WHAT IS WITHDRAWAL MANAGEMENT/DETOX?
This clinically monitored short-term residential Withdrawal Management Program specializes in assisting clients through evidence-based withdrawal from opioids, alcohol, stimulants, and other substances, providing a high level of care and support. You will work as a team to support and monitor our clients by assessing incoming referrals for meeting admission criteria for the Withdrawal Management Program, performing basic health screenings, screening for risk of self-harm, monitoring for safe detoxification and potential withdrawal using evidence-based assessment tools while implementing treatment protocols and stabilization services.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform basic health screenings.
- Perform Nursing Assessment.
- Implement nursing policy and protocol.
- Medicate as indicated for withdrawal symptoms following the condition specific protocols initiated by the on-call provider(s).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2-year nursing degree from an accredited professional nursing program or certificate of completion from a 12-month accredited practical nursing program.
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Minnesota without encumbrance.
- Clear DHS background study
- Valid Drivers License with an acceptable driving record
- 2 years of nursing experience is preferred.
COMPENSATION
LPN Target Range - $24.00 - $26.50 (Based on experience)
Schedules Available
- Part Time: E/O Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Part Time: E/O Saturday and Sunday - 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Part Time: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM
- Per Diem/Casual
- Monday - Friday 6:30 pm to 6:30 am: $2 per hour
- Saturday & Sunday 6:30 am to 6:30 pm: $3 per hour
- Saturday & Sunday 6:30 pm to 6:30 am: $4 per hour
