POSITION SUMMARY: Maintain agency facilities and vehicles to ensure a safe, well working environment for staff, children and families.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete work orders as assigned
- Maintain underground sprinkler systems
- Ensure minor repairs on agency facilities are completed satisfactory
- Remove snow from Loup City buildings
- Responsible for spraying weeds, trimming, and mowing
- Assist in set up for staff/board meetings when needed
- Promote the programs and agency in a positive and professional manner
- Adhere to all CNCAP policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required (AA or BA in construction management preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years of experience in construction/renovation/maintenance
- Experience using power tools, skid loader, fork lift, etc.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7am - 5pm or Monday-Friday: 8am - 4pm
REPORTS TO: HR Director
JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
PAY: $14-$16/Hour (Depending on qualifications)
