**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. Scheduling our many different surigcal procedures at a designated facility. Ensuring the patient goes through all steps prior to surgery that are needed to safely proceed. Also, they will need to work closely with the facility prior to each patient's surgery.. The Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating various tasks within the medical office environment.
**Duties:**
- Manage medical scheduling systems efficiently
- Provide medical administrative support to staff and patients
- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology in daily tasks
