We are looking for a Branch Manager who thrives on sales and service!
The Branch Manager directs and controls the daily operational activities of the assigned branch. Effectively leads, motivates, and develops Branch and Call Center staff to ensure staff is meeting service and sales expectations.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in finance or equivalent or two to three years’ experience and/or training preferred.
- Minimum five years' banking or credit union experience required.
- Prior leadership experience required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in all aspects of the Credit Union operations.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Effectively present information to senior management, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
