This job performs general clerical support for the System Evaluations Office. The incumbent prepares student files for evaluation, types SOC agreements, and enters evaluated and transfer credit to student’s CTC record.
Minimum Required Education
High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum Required Experience
- Three years wage earning clerical experience or certification relevant trade school (30 college credits) and six months wage earning clerical experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Access, and Excel;
- Demonstrated data entry and word processing skills with a high degree of accuracy;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information;
- Ability to adhere to specific procedures;
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines;
- Ability work without extensive supervision;
