Currently hiring for the following positions:

• Instructor II - $17.10/hr., 34 hrs./week 401K, Paid Holidays, Vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision

On the spot offers will be made, contingent upon meeting pre-employment requirements.

Program hours 8:00am to 4:00pm

General Description:

Join our Behavior Management Day Program where our Instructors (DSP) provide training and support to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and partake in many community outings. You will have the opportunity to help these individuals meet their potential and the goals they have set for themselves. Provide a wide variety of training and support to our participants with developmental disabilities in a one on one or group setting. Teach self advocacy skills, such as cooking, cleaning and/or arts/crafts. Go on community outings with our clients to practice public transportation, personal shopping, and physical fitness. Assist our participants in their employment opportunities, which can include companies like Home Depot, Trader Joe's or Small Businesses. Make everyday meaningful, inclusive, and empowering!

Required Qualifications:

• California Driver License
• High School Diploma/GED
• Provide a DMV Printout and Proof of Liability Insurance
• Driving your own vehicle is required (We reimburse mileage!)
• Physical requirements include- passing a TB test, a drug screening and a physical
• Fingerprinting and background screening
