We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one therapy care for patients in their home setting.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Provide care to individuals in collaboration with supervising Physical Therapist in alignment with the patient’s plan of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and colleagues to ensure a person’s needs are met.
- Maintains accurate electronic medical records to ensure integration of information for use by patient’s care team.
- Demonstrate ability to perform standard therapy measurement techniques, including ROM, strength, and balance tests.
- Able to use variety of therapeutic modalities to maximize care provided to clients.

Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant school
- Two years of clinical practice in medically-oriented setting preferred
- Valid Vermont Physical Therapy Assistant license
- Valid Vermont driver’s license
