We welcome nurses with a variety of educational backgrounds - whether you hold a diploma, associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctorate in nursing from an accredited nursing program. All we ask is that you have a deep commitment to providing the highest standard of care, as well as certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider-Advanced, Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE.
Additionally, we're looking for candidates who have at least one year of experience in Labor & Delivery over the past three years. Your expertise in fetal/uterine monitoring and your ability to assess and support both high-risk obstetrics and mother-baby care will be essential to your success on our team.

As a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Performing full assessments and providing comprehensive care for patients throughout labor and delivery, including those with high-risk obstetrics.
- Administering and monitoring complex treatments, including invasive and non-invasive equipment, fluid balance, and lab data.
- Collaborating with the team to monitor and assess maternal and neonatal status, ensuring timely interventions as needed.
- Leading or contributing to the delivery of education and orientation for new staff and assisting with unit management, including patient acuity and staff assignments.
- Providing transitional care for neonates, ensuring their safety and well-being during this critical time.
- A Valid Nursing License: You must have a current, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse.

- Experience in Labor & Delivery: With at least one year of experience in Labor & Delivery within the last three years, you bring the knowledge and confidence necessary to provide top-tier care in this fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Schedule & Shift Details
- Shifts: Variable - including day, evening, and night shift
- Breaks: We ensure that you have a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks during your shift.
- Flexibility: Site provides scheduling for each two-week period one month in advance
- Shift changes: We give advance notice for any required changes to your schedule to accommodate patient care needs.
Salary : $68 - $73
