Centrex Rehab is looking for an Occupational Therapist to work part-time (around 20-24 hours per week) floating between Horizons Health Care and Retirement Community located in Eckert, CO and Valley Manor Care Center located in Montrose, CO. Centrex Rehab is an organization that focuses on providing comprehensive therapy to enhance the lives of people in the community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, enjoy helping people, and be passionate about making a difference.
