Practice Office Manager At Lucas (Centricity Research)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Practice Office Manager for our clinical research site in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and growth. This role demands strong leadership skills with a focus on managing financial performance (P&L), overseeing supply chain logistics, developing market presence, and influencing stakeholders to drive site expansion and efficiency.
The Practice Office Manager is responsible for coordination and administration of the multi-site medical practice under the direction of the Clinic Medical Director, and in collaboration with the site Operations Manager and Practice Physicians. The Practice Office Manager will oversee, maintain, and modify the Practice EMR Platform and administrative procedures for the successful management of the Medical Practice. The right leader will help the business grow, by developing referral relationships and supporting the integration of newly acquired clinics.
If you have the following you are already at the front of the line:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Preferred: Master’s degree in business management, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing clinical research sites, healthcare operations, or similar settings.
- Proven track record in P&L management and financial acumen.
- Strong background in supply chain logistics within a clinical or research environment.
- Experience in revenue cycle management, including payer enrollment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Experience in market development and driving site growth.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and clinical trial operations.
