What You'll Do
Leadership & Strategy:
Inspire and lead our talented team by modeling our core values.
Develop innovative strategies to keep us ahead of trends and risks.
Collaborate with senior leadership on talent needs and succession planning.
Management & Efficiency:
Coach and optimize staff performance.
Manage processes to boost operational efficiency and productivity.
Oversee labor union relations and ensure compliance.
Service & Sales:
Analyze compensation trends to attract top talent.
Provide HR expertise to support strategic plans.
Maintain confidentiality and facilitate employee relations.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
5 years of HR experience with a focus on hiring, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
2 years of supervisory experience.
PHR certification or related required
People Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong presentation skills and project management abilities.
Additional Requirements:
Attention to detail and professional image.
Ability to travel in and out of state as needed.
Knowledge of financial services compliance and regulations.

Experience
Required- 2 year(s): Supervisory experience
- 5 year(s): Human Resources experience demonstrating progressively greater responsibilities in hiring, benefits and compensation administration, employee and labor relations, training, and regulatory compliance.
Education
Required- Bachelors or better
