We are currently seeking an IT Analyst to join our team. As an IT Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing IT processes, troubleshooting technical issues, managing ERP and IT ticketing systems, and supporting end users with hardware and software needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and document IT processes, procedures, and SOPs.
- Participate in software testing and collaborate with QA teams.
- Provide training and support to end users on software and IT solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging IT trends and technologies.
- Manage ERP and IT ticket systems, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
- Support end users with hardware, software, and account-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT teams.
- Assist in system updates and monitoring for continuous improvements.
- Lead small IT projects and work with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, Layer 2/3, Routing, Fortinet security, and Wi-Fi technologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and applications.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to document system configurations, processes, and user training materials clearly.
- Skilled in conducting user training and sharing technical expertise.
- Experience leading small projects and managing tasks within established timeframes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS (10 & 11).
- Pre-employment background check & drug screening required.

- Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
