Inspect all incoming parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards. Open and close quality process reports promptly and accurately. Perform data entry of incoming parts and components into the system. Conduct movements and updates in Business Central. Perform rack audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and report findings. Use measuring tools and gauges to verify product dimensions. Accurately measure and interpret results using ID / OD micrometers and calipers.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any identified issues.
Requirements :
Experience with quality inspections in manufacturing or production environments. Proficient in using measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and other gauges. Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures. Familiarity with Business Central or similar enterprise software is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong data entry skills with accuracy. Experience in blueprint reading. Ability to conduct audits and generate detailed reports. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work in varied environments year-round, indoor and outdoor. Experience in inspecting machined parts and welds. Pre-employment background check & drug screening required.
