Centurion Forensic Health Services is proud to partner with the Connecticut Judicial Branch to provide community based forensic and mental health services to the Court Support Services Division Alternative in the Community (AIC) programs.
We are currently seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our team at the Stamford Alternative in the Community office located in Stamford, Connecticut. Bilingual (English/Spnish) REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
The Case Manager is responsible for assessment, planning and coordination of court ordered services for justice-involved adults. Case management is a collaborative process designed to support positive behavior changes and strengthen pro-social community involvement to reduce the client’s likelihood of reoffending.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; degree may be substituted with experience on a year-for-year basis
- Two (2) years’ experience administering assessments and performing case management functions
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
Available Shift
Full time, 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri.. Schedule is 8:30am-5:00pm 4 days/week and 1 day/week 11:30am-8:00pm.
