CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Property Management has an immediate need for an experienced Property Manager. A Property Manager is accountable to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of residential real estate assets to maximize the owner’s financial return and for the benefit of the tenants, consumer, and community. This is accomplished by following established systems, policies and procedures of the company to retain quality accounts. We are looking for someone who is hardworking and wants to contribute his or her talent to our team. Most importantly, we are looking for a positive person who will add the strength of their personality to an already wonderful mix of committed and dedicated employees. The training period is three months. Training will be located at the main office in Waxahachie.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule, show and lease properties throughout Parker/Hood County
- Photograph properties at both move-in and move-out
- Market properties and submit to the office for data entry
- Work with Administrative Coordinator to coordinate and resolve repair issues and quality control
- Handle communications and troubleshoot with clients, customers, Realtors, and vendors daily; resolve any complaints/problems daily
- Document daily schedule on calendar
- Understand rental applications
- Draft and sign lease renewals
- Review vacancies weekly for appropriate marketing changes
- Conduct property inspections of all properties within your portfolio and communicate information to owners and tenants as needed
- Monitor tenant account status – notify owners of late payments and follow with owners as needed
- Monitor owner accounts for negative balances
- Attend court for evictions and coordinate set-outs
- Process deposit disbursements for past tenants
- Be willing to accept other responsibilities and projects as may be determined
Minimum Qualifications:
- Texas Real Estate License
- Driver’s License
- Dependable vehicle
- Proficient computer skills and business-related computer software, including Microsoft Office and e-mail
- Knowledge of general business and accounting concepts and practices
- Team player with excellent leadership and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, accountable and mature, with a desire to excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highest levels of integrity, honesty, and ethics
- Required to work on weekends and holidays as scheduled

Pay: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
