FUNCTION:
Interact with and provide exceptional service to new and established guests enhancing their experience. Build loyalty and gaming revenue while developing current player database and recruiting new players.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and greet guests on the casino floor, providing excellent guest service.
- Establish and maintain relationships with high value players to generate revenue.
- Aid other departments including Credit/Cage, Rewards Club, Table Games, Slots, and Food & Beverage.
- Upsell current in-house promotions to qualifying guests.
- Conduct weekly telemarketing to inactive guests to drive revenue.
- Achieve contact quotas provided by the VP of Marketing.
- Attend weekly team meetings.
- Enroll new potential mid- level customers into the Advantage Rewards database using appropriate procedures.
- Use effective and efficient customer service skills.
- Maintain player accounts with special attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle many projects at once.
- Ability to maintain the strictest confidence regarding all information concerning guests.
- Make prudent decisions within department guidelines regarding comps.
- Process room reservations for players in an appropriate and professional manner.
- Participate in property events and promotional activities.
- Apply effective telemarketing skills.
- Resolve problems, and make comp decisions, cultivate relationships.
- Responsible for player progression.
- Must use effective verbal, written, telemarketing and communication skills when dealing with new and assigned players.
- Using the Nugget’s system of recognition, recognize team members who are going “above and beyond.”
- Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform work in a safe manner and always maintain a safe environment for fellow team members and guests alike.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, team member or guest incidents to Security, Management, and the Safety Manager.
- Always maintain a positive and professional image for the Nugget when performing duties or representing the Nugget and encourages others to do the same.
- Regular predictable attendance is required.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: VP of Casino Marketing
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Strong interpersonal and telephone skills, possessing a sales personality, displaying aptitude and focus.
Strong memorization skills regarding various programs.
EDUCATION LEVEL:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
LANGUAGE:
Effectively communicate with others both verbally and in written form using the English language.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1-year Slots, Hotel, and/or Casino Marketing experience required.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Super Playmate system and LMS preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Alcohol Awareness Certification is required.
Valid Nevada Driver’s license and clean 3-year DMV record may be required.
Employee Gaming registration required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, and move product up to 50 lbs.
Fine finger manipulation.
Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels.
Work may be performed indoors and outdoors during special events.
Salary : $27,100 - $34,300
