What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tennis Shop Coordinator position at Century Country Club?
The Front Desk Coordinator position in the Tennis Pro Shop at Century Country Club performs front-end shop duties and must be able to work in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who has developed communication skills, is organized and punctual, pays attention to detail, ensures member satisfaction, can use Microsoft Word & Excel, can learn how to use billing software, and demonstrates proficient writing skills. Meeting and greeting club members, guests, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and answering any questions they may have is an important aspect of the position. Other basic duties of the job include but are not limited to: managing day-to-day operations, answering phone calls and emails, overseeing all inventory, coordinating and communicating information relevant to members and staff including confirmations, scheduling lessons and clinics, and creating marketing material for events. Additionally, keeping the retail and working space organized and clean is highly important. This position requires availability every Saturday & Sunday 8:30am – 5:30pm.
