Century Finance, Inc has an amazing opportunity available as an Account Representative in our Wilson, NC branch. Account Representatives provide an exceptional customer experience while providing lending solutions for life events.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers seeking consumer loans.
- Build and develop relationships with consumers in order to generate new business as well as evaluate and service existing accounts to meet financial needs.
- Operate daily cash drawer, process bank deposits, and document accounts.
- Make collection calls to delinquent customers (problem solve and provide solutions).
- Process credit applications and pull credit reports.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
- Previous customer service experience a must.
- Previous consumer finance experience desired.
