Join Our Team as a Full-Time Facilities Technician/ Housekeeper
Compensation: $17 to $19 an hour
Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Facilities Technician to ensure our members and staff enjoy a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can handle a variety of cleaning and light maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all facility areas, including common areas, offices, and restrooms.
- Perform routine light maintenance tasks such as painting, power washing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning appliances.
- Ensure all trash is collected and properly disposed of from the facilities and parking areas.
- Clean and sanitize carpets, windows, tables, and furniture.
- Restock amenities in restrooms and locker rooms.
- Perform and document cleaning routines, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Safely operate power tools and maintain equipment and cleaning supplies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to safely and effectively use a variety of cleaning products, tools, and power equipment.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds and climb ladders.
- High School diploma or GED required. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
