We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with advanced Account Management experience for its location in Chicopee, MA.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
- Handle a portfolio of assigned accounts; build/maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, inventory management, order management, other.
- Communicates with clients, sales team, and operations concerning order status/tracking results.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding job status, pricing, billing and capabilities.
- Generates sales orders utilizing established guidelines.
- Maintains daily update of production schedule/communicates changes to client as necessary.
- Investigates client complaints determine mutually acceptable solutions.
- Coordinates / monitors customer releases and inventory management.
- Alerts supervisor/manager of possible issues which may lead to customer dissatisfaction.
- Directly support Client Service Manager, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned/required.
Other (Non-Essential) Functions
Includes functions which are normally performed by persons holding this title. However, these functions may be reassigned to other employees as part of a "Reasonable Accommodation" under the ADA.

Customer Service Representative Physical Requirements & Work Environment:-
- Environment is typically general office
- May spend short periods in the manufacturing environment with exposure including but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature.
- Occasional exposure to one or more unpleasant or hazardous conditions.
