Production Shift Supervisor – 2nd and 3rd Shift (See update hours below)

$1,250 signing/retention bonus paid over your first year

We are hiring a Production Shift Supervisor to lead a team of plastic machine operators in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who is ready to take charge, solve problems, and support team success.

Note: This position will transition to a 12-hour shift schedule starting in September. See upcoming schedule details below.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support a team of machine operators on your shift
• Ensure safe, high-quality operation of plastic processing and in-line equipment
• Assist with minor mechanical issues and collaborate with maintenance as needed
• Conduct quality checks and ensure production goals are met
• Train and mentor new operators and fill in as needed
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with cross-functional teams

What You Bring

• Two to four years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Hands-on approach and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Shift Update – Effective September

All production roles will move to 12-hour shifts with the following options:

• Nights: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday to Thursday or Friday to Sunday
• Days: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday or Saturday to Monday
