Position Title: On-Site Manager
Reports To: Regional Operations Manager
Location: On-site at client facility (flexible within assigned region)

About the Role:
As an On-Site Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between our client and our internal staffing team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workforce operations at the client site, ensuring staffing levels are met, overseeing worker performance, compliance, and fostering a productive and safe work environment. Your role is both strategic and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for both the client and associates
- Manage onboarding, orientations, safety briefings, and shift scheduling
- Ensure proper coverage and fill rates for all scheduled shifts
- Resolve issues related to attendance, performance, or conduct
- Maintain detailed records for timekeeping, incidents, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure pipeline coverage
- Monitor KPIs including retention, absenteeism, and productivity
- Report daily and weekly metrics to both the client and operations team
- Conduct routine walk-throughs, safety audits, and associate check-ins
- Handle conflict resolution and coach associates to meet client expectations
- Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Support payroll processing and time clock validation
Qualifications:
- 2 years of staffing or operations management experience
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience in high-volume environments (warehouse, production, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite / Microsoft Office / ATS and timekeeping systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends or overtime as needed
- Ability to lead teams with professionalism and empathy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,764.20 - $56,318.18 per year
