The channel sales manager will be focused on enhancing partner engagement and optimizing the indirect go-to-market strategy to maximize revenue and market penetration. This role requires a strong blend of sales execution and partner management expertise to expand Ceragon’s presence and success in North America.

  • Participate in creating strategic partnerships, alliances and bundles that ensure Ceragon is highly visible and properly positioned and referenced.
  • Take responsibility for indirect channel sales revenue either via distribution or directly from System Integrators, VARs
  • Developing Ceragons’ Go-To-Market strategy for strategic alliances and channel sales in the Eastern Region.
  • Responsibility for growing channel revenues by recruiting and onboarding strategic partners.
  • Establishing and executing business and marketing plans with each partner.
  • Ensuring the proper performance of channel sales through training, incentives and motivation.
  • Develop direct marketing programs to resellers to ensure appropriate stocking levels.
  • Managing third-party relationships.
  • Responsible for creating an annual or biannual strategic and tactical marketing plan.
  • Conducting and analyzing market research to determine risk and marketability of potential products and features.
  • Performing competitive analysis.

Requirements:

Knowledge And Skills

  • B.A in Engineering, Business, marketing or other relevant fields- MUST.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Business development or indirect sales.
  • Deep experience in Telecommunication space and thorough understanding of competitive landscape and global business environment.
  • Experience in setting up indirect channels sales.
  • Well-rounded in all aspects of business development and sales methodology to both vertical and consumer customers.
  • Track record of success in a fast- paced and extremely dynamic environment with ability to be self-sufficient, proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Experience in pricing models, budgeting, statistics and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness and with the ability to tune into clients, very good questioning skills.
  • Strong marketing and presentations capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the experience and ability to effectively influence at all levels both internally and externally
  • Hard worker, accustomed to working with various global interfaces.
  • Position required a strategic level approach as well as hands- on sales capabilities
