CereCore is seeking a Product Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities
- The Sr. Product Analyst will help lead product management efforts on their assigned product portfolio which may consist of one or more products
- Product portfolios may contain products utilizing different technology stacks and execution methods, and range from collections of reusable components to full stack internally and/or externally developed platforms
- This role will also work with other developers and business stakeholders to define requirements, groom user stories, and consult with development teams on various projects
- Proactive and able to identify potential issues and can come up with solutions that can be shared with supervisor
- Research and resolve issues identified in application systems and interfaces
- Understands change management processes and can work with ITG representatives in corporate office to ensure completed code is migrated properly from one environment to another
- Provide research and resolution of issues identified in the application and interfaces
- Growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks
- Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers
- Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple stakeholder priorities
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making
- Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Strong experience in understanding business partner and client needs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
