Our growing company is looking to expand our Business development center (BDC). Therefore we are looking for BDC representatives to join our growing team!
work description:
- identify sales leads among new and existing customers, and maintain client relationships.
- Answers phones and online inquiries
- Schedules appointments and conducts follow-ups with “no-shows”
- Greets customers in a professional manner and assists them with their requests
- Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service
- Ensures prospects are informed of company promotions
- Maintains a general understanding of the repair process and explains the process to our customers
Requirements:
- Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
- Be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Must be able to meet daily goals
- Must have great phone and computer skills
