What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLEANING TECH FLOATER position at Certified Maintenance Services?
Certified Maintenance Service Inc. is a cutting-edge Full-Service Janitorial Service. We have proudly served the Chattanooga TN and surrounding areas for over 25 years! We provide professional customized custodial service for a wide array of facilities, including commercial, medical, industrial, educational, financial, government, retail, and non-profit. We are locally owned and operated and are one of the finest janitorial companies in Chattanooga.
We are currently seeking a floater to join our janitorial team. The responsibilities of this role primarily consist of covering shifts/ locations as needed for when we have someone not show-up for a job. We would prefer someone that is very flexible and can work either mornings or evenings and can also be on call when we have any emergency cleaning that needs to be done. A good driving record is also highly recommended for this job, because we would eventually want you to be able to drive our company vehicles, we could also still have you drive your own vehicle to the locations or ride with one of our other cleaning techs to each location. We are also willing to provide training in floor care work with our floor care team. A willingness to learn and grow with our company is desired.
