Come join our team as the Maintenance Director.
Maintain in a safe and operational condition all aspects of the community including: buildings (interior & exterior), furniture, appliances, HVAC systems, elevator(s), landscaping, fences, parking areas, and street signs. Responsible for managing the Housekeeping Associates in a manner that will ensure the upkeep of all common areas and apartments.

Experience: Minimum two years of comprehensive, congregate housing maintenance responsibilities; strong verbal and written communication skills; supervisory and budgeting experience.
Licensing: HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical occupational licenses preferred; State driver's license to operate all vehicles on site. Basic First Aid and CPR training within 60 days from the date of hire. Obtain Dementia Certification within 60 days from the date of hire. We will help!
Work Environment / Physical Duties:
- Assisted living community interior and exterior, resident apartments, and enclosed office space primarily.
- Company automobiles to include multi-passenger car, van and/or bus; external community retail shops, vendors, etc. secondarily.
- Frequently stand or walk for 0-3 hours at one time throughout an 8-hour day.
- Occasionally sit for 0-1 hour at one time throughout an 8-hour day.
- Frequently lift and/or carry 0-20 lbs. up to 30 yards unassisted.
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. up to 30 yards unassisted.
- May be required to support/assist a resident’s full body weight.
