Job Description :
As a Workday Reporting Developer with a focus on financials, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports within the Workday system to support financial analysis and decision-making. Your primary role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, translating requirements into technical specifications, and building custom reports using Workday reporting tools. You will help manage and guide 2-3 other reporting developers as they build workday reports as well.
Key responsibilities :
1. Develop and enhance custom reports and dashboards in Workday Financials module to meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather reporting requirements and provide technical solutions.
3. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and dashboards.
4. Optimize and streamline existing reports to improve efficiency and usability.
5. Lead a small group of reporting developers to ensure quality timely delivery of reports.
Experience required :
Proven experience in developing reports and Dashboards within the Workday system, specifically in the financials module.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Workday Prism Analytics a plus.
- Certification in Workday Financials is a plus.
- Power BI experience nice to have.
