As a recruiter with the Foundation, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting helping our diverse operations find mission driven talent in the areas of Property Management, Education, Media Communications, and Affordable Housing Development. You will also be part of a tight knit innovative HR department where your recruiting knowledge and ideas will be recognized and appreciated. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality team members.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts and develop strong working relationships with company leaders, vendors, community organizations, colleges, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success in identifying qualified candidates.
- Write and place advertising in various recruiting media
- Participate in developing a recruiting strategy leveraging social media to fill positions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years full cycle recruiting experience
