At CESO, a Survey Manager oversees our full range of surveying services. You will have primary responsibilities that will include:
- Supervise, coordinate, and reviews the work of survey staff
- Responsible for final survey deliverables
- Provide quality assurance and quality control
- Serve as staff resource on complex surveying matters
- Develop survey team budget and proposals for professional services
- Coach and mentor staff
- Develop survey team budget and labor hour utilization
- Partner in developing best practice standards and procedures
- Responsible for monthly client invoicing and accounts receivable
- Assist other survey duties as needed
Position requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in survey or civil engineering or a Professional Surveyor license is preferred
- 7 years of licensed professional surveying experience
- Experience with managing a survey team is required
- Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil3D technology experience is a plus
