They are driven to go above and beyond to ensure that our customers stay satisfied and connected. We're currently seeking a Senior Service Professional to add to our team in one of our office hubs.
This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days in office. Candidates must be located near one of our office locations : El Segundo, CA | San Diego, CA | Des Moines, IA | St Cloud, MN | St Paul, MN |Schaumburg, IL.
What you will do :
- Nurturing personal connections with advisors, their teams, and valued clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Become the go-to contact for advisors, guiding them throughout their call journey, taking ownership from the very beginning to the successful resolution.
- Expertly address inquiries about brokerage operations, advisory accounts, and direct business, covering a wide range of topics from assisting with new account setup to handling transactions and servicing needs.
- Empower our advisors with top-notch support, leveraging our cutting-edge technologies to enhance their efficiency and success.
- Efficiently utilize our advanced CRM tool to meticulously record and track service requests, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
What you need to have :
The base annual salary range for this role is $50,0000 to $60,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
