Responsibilities
- Coordinating the export of ocean freight shipments from start to finish
- Preparing necessary documents and completing customs clearance procedures
- Communicating with customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
- Managing shipment exceptions and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Maintaining accurate records and updating shipment information in the company's system
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Participating in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
