Seeking Dedicated Long term Chiropractor – Inherit a 30-Year Patient Base | Ventura County, CA AND SANTA BARBARA CA
We’re seeking a dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic Chiropractor who is looking for a stable, long-term position in a thriving Ventura County clinic. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established practice and inherit a loyal 30-year patient base from a retiring D.C.
Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is one of two types:
- A hungry, recently licensed graduate ready to learn, build, and grow with a long-term vision.
- Or a seasoned veteran who is looking for a reliable place to work through the end of their career.
In both cases, we need someone who is receptive to guidance, self-motivated, and committed to staying. We want to avoid candidates in transition who plan to open their own practice in the short term.
As the patient base grows, the right person will be given the opportunity to buy into the practice, or be financially backed to open their own office in a nearby city with our full support.
Position Overview
You’ll treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, manage acute pain, and create personalized treatment plans. You’ll also represent our clinic through external marketing efforts to help grow the business and strengthen community ties.
Work Schedule
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday / Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- No weekends
Holidays Off: Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day
Compensation & Benefits
- First-year expected income: $100,000
- Six-figure potential as patient base and accounts receivable grow

We have an on-site x-ray unit, so the candidate must either possess a Radiography X-Ray Supervisor and Operator Permit, or be willing to obtain one within the first few months of employment.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform physical exams and thorough patient assessments
- Create and implement personalized care plans
- Use imaging as needed to support diagnosis
- Administer chiropractic techniques (including flexion distraction and Webster)
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Educate patients on chiropractic care, anatomy, and wellness
- & Keep detailed and compliant patient documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary
- Participate in marketing efforts, events, and community outreachQualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited program
- Valid California chiropractic license (Part IV pending acceptable)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and chiropractic techniques
- Experience in acute pain management and patient assessments preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, driven, and goal-oriented
