We continue to be a leading supplier of gravies and sauces, baking mixes and other value-added grain based food products to Food Service and select consumer markets in North America and Europe. Summary: Manages Production Demand Planning & Scheduling, Receiving & Shipping Warehouse Management, Facility SAP user support and management. Inventory control of raw materials and finished goods which includes managing of obsolete and expiring inventories. Leads quarterly supply chain audits and monthly/yearly physical inventory accounting. Operates within the budget, maintains cost control, completes reports and analysis and trains personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements: Education/Certifications: Work requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: Five years or more successfully managing a supply chain in a manufacturing company, (preferably a food manufacturing environment) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have strong knowledge of Supply Chain Operations Must be highly proficient in using and working with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel with a high preference for Access SAP experience with an emphasis on APO planning module is highly preferred. Must be experienced and have the ability to effectively analyze data and enhance Supply Chain Operations. Must have experience and be skilled in using pertinent software in this area of work. Must be able to effectively work in a Team environment and be able to work independently. Working Conditions and Physical Effort: Light physical effort required such as standing, sitting, and walking in and around the office; reaching, climbing, and kneeling as needed; utilizing fine dexterity, the ability to see, hear, and communicate with associates as well as others by utilizing professional etiquette. Work environment involves light exposure to physical risks, such as working around mechanical, chemical, and electrical hazards. Personal protective equipment, as defined by C.H.
