Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the construction of various structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Due to the nature of our work to be considered for employment candidate must have construction knowledge, be dependable and have: a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in construction labor tasks
• Must have knowledge & experience using power saws, tools, nail guns, reading tape measure etc.
• Physical stamina and strength for manual labor
• Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites
• Ability to work at various heights (we build large barns!)
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Have a sense of humor – we like to have fun!

Responsibilities:

• Range from basic framing to exterior finish work
• Constructing a quality building including but not limited to: framing, installing building accessories, and metal work.
• Perform various construction labor tasks such as carrying materials, digging, and assisting team members
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and team members to job sites
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment
• Assist in setting up and dismantling construction sites as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks efficiently

Experience in the post frame construction industry is desired but not required.
