Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the construction of various structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Due to the nature of our work to be considered for employment candidate must have construction knowledge, be dependable and have: a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in construction labor tasks
- Must have knowledge & experience using power saws, tools, nail guns, reading tape measure etc.
- Physical stamina and strength for manual labor
- Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites
- Ability to work at various heights (we build large barns!)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Have a sense of humor – we like to have fun!
Responsibilities:
- Range from basic framing to exterior finish work
- Constructing a quality building including but not limited to: framing, installing building accessories, and metal work.
- Perform various construction labor tasks such as carrying materials, digging, and assisting team members
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and team members to job sites
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment
- Assist in setting up and dismantling construction sites as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks efficiently
Experience in the post frame construction industry is desired but not required.
