Job Title: Service Advisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of sales experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The Service Advisor will be responsible for:
- Receiving and delivering on customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Effectively understanding customer needs and communicating with them clearly.
- Managing the daily schedule to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Creating a positive and welcoming environment that builds rapport with customers.
- Answering customer questions and providing information about services and products.
- Negotiating sales effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to manage time and serve customers with minimal supervision.
Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
