We are seeking full-time and part-time Manufacturing Associates for our Walker automation & Assembly location off of Fruit Ridge in Walker, MI. Our mission is to be the best global supplier of automotive structures and provide value to our dedicated employee-owners.

Position Summary:
Challenge Manufacturing has full-time and part-time positions available within our manufacturing plant on ALL shifts (see shift schedule below). Our primary job functions are Production and Press Operators, Material Handler, Quality inspection, Shipping Repack/Packoff, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Exposure to noise, fumes, dirt, heat, sparks, and smoke
- May also be exposed to water, vibration, dust, grease, and oil
- May be required to load, unload, lifts, move, pull, push, or position products and materials weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally weighing more (assistance given with heavier objects by work partners), throughout assigned work center
- Frequently walks, bends, twists, turns, and lifts while performing functions of position
- Moderate-sized equipment used around work area
- Possible cuts, scrapes, burns or bruises
- Eye protection required; hearing protection required; cut resistant arm guards required; cut resistant gloves required
