This is not a reporting role...It’s a insight, strategy, and ownership role who knows how to build pipelines.

If your strength is asking why, not just what, keep reading.
Why This Role Matters
The business is scaling quickly, and demand for data is coming from every direction—operations, marketing, finance, and leadership. Right now, the risk isn’t lack of data. It’s lack of insight.
This role exists to change that.
You’ll be stepping into a highly visible seat where your ability to:
- connect fragmented data,
- automate reliable reporting, and
- surface real business insights
which will directly affect how the company performs and how it’s perceived internally.
The Environment You’ll Step Into
- Data currently lives across three CRMs, with Snowflake as the source of truth
- A new CDP (Redpoint) is being implemented to unify and activate customer data
- Reporting today relies on SQL, SSRS, Snowflake, and Power BI
- There are many stakeholders requesting data—and they need help interpreting it, not just receiving it
This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity and knows how to bring order to it.
What You’ll Own
This role is built around doing one thing exceptionally well:
turning complex, multi-source data into insights and strategy the business can act on.
That includes:
Insight & Strategy
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within customer, lead, and operational data
- Answer critical questions like:
- Where are leads really coming from?
- Are customers new—or returning from other services?
- How should teams adjust based on what the data is telling them?
Data Infrastructure & Automation
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines so reporting runs automatically and reliably
- Reduce manual reporting and increase trust in the numbers
Advanced Reporting
- Design and own Power BI dashboards used by leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reports
Stakeholder Partnership
- Work closely with teams across the company to understand what decisions they’re trying to make
- Help non-technical stakeholders interpret insights—not just view dashboards
What Success Looks Like in 12 Months
- Core reports are automated, trusted, and widely used
- Teams feel confident in the data they’re getting
- Leadership sees analytics as a strength—not a bottleneck
- The analytics function is viewed as strategic, not reactive
This role has room to grow based on performance and impact.
The Right Background Looks Like This
- 2 years of experience building dashboards and insights (Power BI strongly preferred)
- Advanced SQL experience (Snowflake required; SSRS a plus)
- Experience aggregating data from multiple systems or CRMs
- Comfort working with ambiguity and imperfect data
- Experience in services-based businesses is a strong plus (home services a bonus, not required)
This is not a fit if your experience is limited to Excel-based reporting or static data pulls.
Why High Performers Like This Role
- High visibility and real ownership
- Direct exposure to how data drives growth and profitability
- A collaborative, team-oriented environment
- A business backed by private equity with a clear growth and exit mandate
Final Note
This role is ideal for a Data Analyst who wants to be known for insight, influence, and impact—not just technical execution.
If that’s how you think about data, we should talk.
