Chameleon Technologies is searching for a Project Manager. This is a contract of 2-3 months with possibility of extension. Onsite in Seattle typically 3x a week. Targeted hourly rate is $50-$55/hour on W2.

Are you ready to contribute to an exciting and dynamic project? We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team onsite at our Seattle client's location. This is a fantastic contract opportunity where you’ll be working on a high-impact project and have the chance to expand your skills in project coordination and management.
About the Project:
This is a complex initiative involving the implementation of a Demand Planning system, which has now expanded to include a new workstream addressing critical data challenges. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the Senior Program Manager by taking on key coordination tasks that will help drive the project forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track project tasks and action items from various meetings.
- Schedule follow-ups and coordinate meetings.
- Publish meeting notes and updates.
- Maintain project logs and other project artifacts as directed by the Senior PM.
- Assist in creating and delivering project reports.
- Support the team in managing additional project management responsibilities.
Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of project management/coordination experience on high visibility projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
- Experience or knowledge in Retail/Fashion or CPG industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with Demand Planning systems is helpful.
Duration:
2-3 months with the possibility for extension
Location:
Onsite in Seattle, Tuesday to Thursday. Additional onsite presence may be requested on Mondays or Fridays depending on project needs.
