Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with health standards.
Providing quality customer service by answering questions, encouraging guests to purchase bar services, and promoting events within the resort.
Coordinating bartending activities with Cocktail Servers and ensuring timely service to guests.
Selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks in a respectful and efficient manner.
Maintaining accurate cash flow records, following money handling procedures, and preventing loss or theft.
Monitoring guests for intoxication and discontinuing alcohol sales when necessary, alerting security and management accordingly.
Promoting events, developing positive relations with guests and employees, and selling change as requested.
Performing all duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and internal policies.
