Champion Modular is seeking to hire several full-time Production Workers in Drywall Coating, Sheating, Roofing, Rough-in Plumbing and Wall Setting to join our team in Strattanville, PA.

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.
Qualifications

Education And/or Experience
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50lbs.
- Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired, but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned
- Keeps area neat and clean
- Reads and use a tape measure
- Reads blue prints and orders
- Communicates well with coworkers
- Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
Education And/or Experience
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Must have a strong work ethic and consistently arrive on time and per scheduled shift - EVERY DAY
- Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
- Must understand safety procedures
- Must have good teamwork skills
