Champion Home Exteriors continues to grow, and we are seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to help drive our expansion!
As a Sales Manager at Champion, you will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $60,000 with the potential to earn up to $140,000 through quarterly bonuses. Your work will help customers improve their homes while enhancing their lives.
In this role, you will lead and grow a successful team of professionally trained factory sales representatives. While this is a producing role, your primary focus will be managing daily sales activities throughout the territory. You’ll conduct sales meetings, host training sessions, accompany your team members on sales calls, and continuously work to improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Improve the efficiency of the existing sales team through training, active involvement, and leadership
- Actively recruit new team members and play a critical role in their success
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and training sessions
- Perform in-home product sales presentations, both with your team and independently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team (in-home sales experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, Champion products
- Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
