What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Specialist position at Champlain Valley Family Center?
The Intense Family Support Program's Youth Specialist's Position's primary goal is to assist students be successful in school with the support of family/guardians and the School District Personnel. You will communicate with interested parties including schools, parents/families, legal entities, and social service representatives to provide support and case management. Will be providing transportation to kids and their families at times, and you will help facilitate/provide extracurricular activities for the clients. Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED for this position. Knowledge of community resources is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
