What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Cleaning Attendant position at Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group?
Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group is hiring for qualified part-time cleaners to thoroughly clean an office trailer. This is a part-time temporary position from March 1, 2023 through August 2023. Cleaning services are needed twice per week on Tuesday's and Friday's. Must be available to work both days weekly. 3-4 hours per day.
Cleaning consists of although is not limited to completing all high dusting of all ceiling corners, air vents, dust all surfaces, clean cabinets, wipe down and polish office furniture, base boards, doors, sanitize door handles and light switch plates, all wall hangings, window ledges, vacuum and wet wash tile floor and empty trash cans.
All cleaning supplies will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous cleaning experience
- Must have a clean background
- Must have a smart phone
- Must speak English fluently
Dress Code: Black or khaki pants, no jeans, no shorts, no leggings - will provide work t-shirt and/or polo. Sneakers or boots are acceptable. No crocs, slides, or sandals to be worn at anytime.
Compensation is semi-monthly on the 15th and last day of each month.
